DECO Hardener
Shape the cotton bag, silk or fabrics as you desire.
1 Apply a generous amount of Hobby Line DECO hardener to the cotton bag using a brush. You need about 150 ml of Hobby Line DECO hardener for one cotton bag (38 x 42 cm).
2 Shape the cotton bag painted with the hardener (wear disposal gloves) as you desire. Let dry around 2-3 days at room temperature, or for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (110°C). You can accelerate the drying time using a hairdryer. Clean the brush directly after use with water.
3 Paint the shaped object as you desire with Hobby Line acrylic paints. Let dry.
4 Make the dried object weather-proof by painting over it with clear varnish spray or Hobby Line glossy varnish. Fabrics, silk, leather and paper can be shaped using the Hobby Line DECO Hardener and made into attractive decorative accessories for your home.
Our hint when drying in an oven:
The material is still flexible a short time after the object is removed from the oven, allowing you to make any "corrections" or changes in shape to sour creation.
