Description
Water-based crackle medium.
To have a perfect crackle effect:
1. Lay a coat of paint and wait until it's dry.
2. Lay a coat of Crackle Medium and wait for it to dry.
3. Apply one coat of color, if you want the crackle effect between colors, or varnish, if you want the crackle effect as a finishing.
