Plaster decorations
Make beautiful Christmas decorations out of plaster and moulds.
Material and tools:
- high-quality plastic moulds for plaster
- plaster powder
- a plastic bowl
- gold Decorlack
- gold glitter
- shiny polish od glitter polish
- fine sandpaper
- a gold ribbon
1 Mix plaster following the instructions. Pour it into a mould and while still wet insert toothpicks in places where you want to have a ribbon for hanging. When plaster is dry, get it out of the mould and if necessary use a knife to get rid of the extra.
2 Paint both sides of the decorations
with gold Decorlack. When the paint is dry, rub the surface with
fine sandpaper to achieve the contour effect.
3 You can paint the decorations with
glitter polish or shiny polish and while still wet spray
glitter.
4 Thread the ribbon for hanging
through the hole.
